Your skin may be "sensitive" if it:
Is prone to being irritated, swollen, red, itchy, rashy, or flaky
Might be occasionally inflammed
Has issues such as psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, or folliculitis

- stem from over-exposure to stripping and poisoning chemicals, allergenic ingredients
- "training" your skin - maybe you over-wash? Use too strong ingredients
