  • stem from over-exposure to stripping and poisoning chemicals, allergenic ingredients
  • "training" your skin - maybe you over-wash? Use too strong ingredients
  • there is a long "balancing-out" period (up to 6 months)
  • need to look at foods, skin, hair, and beauty products, cleansers (body, clothes, detergents), etc.
  • stress? Meditation helps 
  • Look into types of oils - linoleic acid and oily skin - taking internally? Oleic acids and dry skin - taking internally?
