Shipping Information

We currently only ship across Canada and the United States. If you wish to ship internationally, simply email us at info@aikiskin.ca and we will happily assist your needs.

Shipments valued at over $100 (before tax), will qualify for free shipping (within Canada only).

Shipping costs from AIKI SKIN are based on the number of items you order:

• Canada - If your order is under $100, there is a $4 base processing cost with $2 for each item.

• United States - $8 base processing fee + $4 for each item.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 

• Canada: Transit time is based on Canada Post delivery times and delivery is typically 3-5 business days for most urban areas. For smaller towns, please add one to two business days.

• United States: We ship using Fedex to the United States, and delivery is 6-10 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. 

Our products are handmade and natural. As such, there may be some variance in product appearance and texture. That being said, if for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to message us and we'll happily work something out.
